Previously known as The Prince Consort Hotel, The Elephant & Wheelbarrow British Pub offers a wide range of bars, accommodation, function facilities, backpacker facilities, pokies, live entertainment and food. Combined with a brand new renovation incorporating the biggest beer garden in the valley ‘The Elephants Garden’ and a brand new bottleshop, the hotel is now a fully equipped multi faceted entertainment and accommodation Venue.

Live musicians play The Elephant & Wheelbarrow Tuesdays & Thursday to Sundays with Karaoke on Wednesday nights and our famous $3 bangers & mash every Tuesday.

Our backpacker hostel (still known as Prince Consort Backpackers) is located on levels 2 & 3 of the hotel.
