Bar and Function Room 

The Cellar is one of the Valley's best kept secrets. 
This intimate and stylish bar complements any event.
 It provides the perfect atmosphere for any type of function from Corporate Meetings to 18th and 21st Birthdays and for those needing to celebrate the huge milestones of 40 or 50 or more!!. 
We have a range of function menus and ideas to help you plan for any occasion.

Capacity: Suitable for seated dining up to 50 guests and cocktail style receptions up to 150 guests.

The Band Bar
Located on our ground floor, the Band Bar is available for private bookings on any night of the week and on Fridays & Saturdays until 9:30pm.
We must open the room to the public from 9:30pm due to our live entertainment.

Capacity: Suitable for seated dining up to 40 guests and cocktail style receptions up to 150 guests. 


General Information
Music
There are several options available for music in The Cellar
• Hire a DJ or Band (ask us for recommendations)
• Arrange your own DJ or Band.
• Bring your own CD’s
•Connect your I-Pod to our existing sound system
• Elephant and Wheelbarrow’s house music
available in The Band Bar)

Bar Tabs
A pre-arranged bar tab can be organised for the amount you wish to nominate. Coloured wristbands will be provided free of charge upon request for guests using the tab. The Bar Supervisor will keep you updated on the amount remaining on the tab throughout the night. All drinks are served from one allocated bar, and the selection to be served is chosen prior to the event.

Room Hire & Security Deposit
A $250 Security Deposit is required to secure all bookings in the Cellar
Due to the high demand for The Cellar, to permit sole use room hire is $250 and includes staff, all cleaning and helium balloons in
bunches (12 bunches of 5) of colours of your choice around the Room. 
Please note deposits are non-refundable should your event cancel within 14 days of the function date.
The Band Bar may not have room hire charged. This is dependant upon the number of guests attending and all catering requirements.

Minors
All those attending must 18 years of age** as a minimum.
ID must be shown on arrival.
The only exception to this would be if they are younger brothers/sisters or family members. They are permitted to attend the function only if parent/s or legal guardians are in attendance with them.
It is our House Policy that all minors vacate the Venue no later than 11.00pm.
**The presence of minors at any function or event
must be pre-arranged with the Manager.

Decorations
We are happy to supply helium balloons and signage for your
Function as part of your room hire.
Various colours are available.
You may add other decorations to your function
with the approval of the Manager. 

Responsible Service of Alcohol
We observe the Responsible Service of Alcohol very strictly and any guest requested to leave the venue will be required (as is the Law) to do so and not be permitted re-entry.

Function Food Information
All function platter requirements must be confirmed 5 working days prior to the function date and set menu numbers and confirmations must be received at least 7 working days prior to function. 

Special Requirements
Should you have any guests with special menu requirements,
please do not hesitate to request a special menu for those guests.


Smoking 
In accordance with current QLD legislation,
the Elephant & Wheelbarrow is non-smoking.

Dress Code
We require all guests to be dressed neat casual – standard dress code applies.
The Manager must be informed of any theme for your event.
